Hello, I’m Jen, licensed esthetician and founder of Skin Revive. My approach to skincare is rooted in intention, education, and understanding the skin beyond what we see on the surface. With a background in physical therapy and advanced esthetics, I’ve always been drawn to the connection between thoughtful care, technique, and meaningful results. Skin Revive was created for clients who want more than a standard facial. Every treatment is personalized to your skin, your goals, and where you are in your skincare journey. I combine corrective techniques, advanced modalities, and high-performance skincare with the restorative experience I believe taking care of yourself should still provide. Here, you don’t have to choose between results and relaxation. You can come in to address breakouts, uneven tone, texture, signs of aging, or simply to give your skin the consistent care it needs, all within a calm, private space where your appointment never feels rushed or routine. My goal is for you to leave not only loving the way your skin looks and feels, but also understanding it a little better than when you walked in. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Skin Revive, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure you receive the time and attention your skin deserves. To provide the best possible experience for all clients, please review the following policy: 1. Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service total, with the remaining balance due at your visit. 2. 24-Hour Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client and maintain smooth scheduling. 3. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. 4. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 75% of the service total. Repeated no-shows may result in a restriction on future bookings. 5. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is offered. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but your service may be shortened. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be considered a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. 6. Emergencies I understand that life happens. In the case of true emergencies (such as illness or injury), please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of others.
