Hello, I’m Jen, licensed esthetician, founder of Skin Revive, and your personal guide to radiant, healthy skin. With a background in physical therapy and advanced esthetics, I approach skincare with intention, intuition, and a deep respect for the skin’s unique needs. Skin Revive was created as a sanctuary for those seeking more than surface-level beauty. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Skin Revive, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure you receive the time and attention your skin deserves. To provide the best possible experience for all clients, please review the following policy: 1. Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service total, with the remaining balance due at your visit. 2. 24-Hour Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client and maintain smooth scheduling. 3. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. 4. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service total. Repeated no-shows may result in a restriction on future bookings. 5. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is offered. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but your service may be shortened. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be considered a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. 6. Emergencies I understand that life happens. In the case of true emergencies (such as illness or injury), please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of others.
